Shipping Policies

+ When will my order ship?

All orders ship overnight via UPS to arrive on the shipping box day you selected. Tracking info is sent the day your order ships.

Note: We may delay shipping if weather poses a risk or known shipping delays exist. We will always contact the customer and honor any guarantees.

+ How do I select a shipping day or box?

Shipping boxes and delivery days can be purchased here:

Plan shipments according to your schedule. We are not responsible for packages shipped while you are unavailable.

+ What shipping options are available?

We ship overnight via UPS only. All shipping must be purchased through the link above.

+ When must I pay for my order?

To ensure your order ships with your selected box, all products must be paid for by 10 AM on your shipping day.

Orders paid after 10 AM will not be included and will require purchasing an additional shipping box.

+ Can I change my shipping day after purchasing a box?

Possibly. Email info@aqua-vault.com as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability.

+ Do you ship during holidays?

We may ship on certain holidays. However, we do not ship at all during the week of Christmas through New Year’s.

+ Can I arrange my own shipping?

No. All shipping must be handled through Aqua-Vault for coral safety.

+ Can packages be shipped to UPS Access Points?

Yes. You may provide an Access Point address in your order notes.

+ What if I don’t buy shipping?

We will attempt to contact you one time. If unreachable, the order may be considered abandoned and restocked without refunds or credits.

+ Who is responsible for shipping information?

Customers must provide accurate addresses or Access Point info. Aqua-Vault is not liable for delays, misdelivery, or missed shipments due to incorrect information or unavailability.

Auction Policies

+ How do your auctions work?

Auctions run with a scheduled start and end time. All bids must be placed before the auction closes.

+ What is Popcorn Bidding?

If a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes, the auction extends by 2 additional minutes until no last-minute bids are placed.

+ How is the winner determined?

The highest valid bid at closing wins.

+ What happens if I win an auction?

Winners receive an email with payment instructions. Payment is required within 48 hours. All auction sales are final.

+ Can I cancel an auction win?

No. All auction sales are final. Unpaid wins may result in being barred from future auctions.

+ Do auction items qualify for holds or DOA claims?

Yes. Auction wins follow the same Coral Hold and DOA Policies.

+ How do I find my winning corals or pay for them together?

1. Go to My Account
2. Click View Bids
3. Click Winning

To pay for all corals at once:

5. Complete Payment

+ Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final, except approved DOA claims (store credit or replacement based on stock).

Coral Policies

+ How long will you hold my coral and can it be extended?

We hold corals for up to 3 weeks (21 days). Extended holds require approval. Email info@aqua-vault.com with subject EXTENDED HOLD and include your order details.

+ What if my hold exceeds 3 weeks without approval?

The order may be treated as abandoned and restocked without refunds or credits.

+ What if my coral arrives dead?

Email info@aqua-vault.com within 1 hour of delivery with:
- Subject: DOA Claim
- Two clear photos of the coral in original packaging
- Order details

If approved, receive store credit or replacement. Shipping is not reimbursed.
