We offer several shipping options depending on where you are located. Coral orders may be held for up to 2 weeks, giving you more time to win additional coral auctions or add corals from our online store before your shipment goes out.

Some dry goods may be added to your coral shipment as a courtesy if there is enough room in the coral box. This is handled at our discretion and is not guaranteed. Multiple bottles of live phytoplankton cannot be shipped with corals because the products have different temperature requirements. If you have questions about combining or stacking shipping, please text or email us and we will respond as quickly as possible.

All coral orders are shipped UPS Overnight on the delivery date you select when purchasing your shipping box. If you accidentally overpay by purchasing multiple shipping boxes, or pay for both coral shipping and dry good shipping when both are not needed, we will refund any unused shipping charges when your order is processed for shipment.

If you have multiple orders, they may not appear merged together in your customer account. Don’t worry—we will combine eligible orders on the back end before shipping.

Please note: If you are combining or stacking additional orders with an existing shipping box, those orders must be placed by 7:00 AM to be eligible for same-day shipment. Orders placed after 7:00 AM are not guaranteed to ship with a previously purchased shipping box scheduled for that day.
